The worksheet

How to use it

  1. Put each person in one of the four boxes. Initials or roles are fine.
  2. Pick the four who matter most right now and fill in a card for each.
  3. Finish with who’s missing from the map.

Fill it in here or on paper. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere: it stays in this browser tab and disappears when you close it, so print or save it as a PDF to keep a copy.

The map

Up the page: more influence over your work and career. Across: more interest in what you do.

Keep satisfied: short, regular updates.
Work closely: involve them early and often.
Keep an eye on: a light touch is enough.
Keep informed: allies and sounding boards.
