Values and strengths reflection
Your story is easier to tell when you know what you stand for and what you’re good at. This reflection helps you find the words.
To keep a copy, print it or choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog.
The worksheet
How to use it
- Tick up to ten values that feel important, then choose your top five.
- Think of a time you were at your best, and what made it work.
- Ask two people what they’d say your strengths are, if you’re not sure.
Fill it in here or on paper. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere: it stays in this browser tab and disappears when you close it, so print or save it as a PDF to keep a copy.
